Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Problem is, everything
imaginable is being criminalized. There was actually a time when "hacker" meant
someone curious about how technology and computers worked, someone who
constantly tinkered with stuff to learn about it in intimate detail and improve
on it if possible. Now, thanks to mainstream media "hacker" is synonymous with
computer criminal. At the rate things are going, speaking your mind could well
be "hate speech" pretty soon if the EU and UN rope us into their mindset. Just
about everything everyone does will be against some statute.
