i don't know if anyone's brought this up yet, but while glancing at the idealab(!) website, i was shocked to discover that it owns etoys.com. you'll probably be aware of the etoy.com / etoys.com dispute, and the consequences etoys.com suffered as a result of its oppresive lawsuit.

check out the link below and wonder how one company can be so stupid. again.

I just can't see any resemblence AT ALL between FC and idealab!....what in the world are they talking about.
