The following surveillance project, operated by TeamF, consisting of Agents SSIESS and T-X, covered areas 23-69 a-s. The surveillance operated using three devices.
-1. Motion Array. This Device captures Visual Images and, utilising the Recursion Generator, converts them to Sound Signatures for further identification and analysis. 

-2. Socio-Sonic Boom. This Device is designed to capture Sonic and Thought Pulses from the Audible to Inaudible ranges. 

-3. Thought Scanner and Broadcaster. This device is capable of tapping the unconscious and producing socio-sonic visual and aural constructions. 

Purpose: Surveillance was conducted to search for members of OBL's A-Q and OBL himself, along with possible Dissidents and Sympathizers who may be aiding and abetting Terrorist activity, or worse, harbouring Terrorism. "Terrorism" escaped from Whisc Centre D in 1989, and has not been returned despite the valiant attempt of several Field Teams. It is our mission to hunt down and destroy Terrorism, and protect its legal nature and copyright for the MNC's and GO's involved, most notably the WTOWORLDBANK for whom this Document 9-1-1 has been approved and funded. The unlawful use of Terrorism without a patent is cause for concern and must be stopped immediately with all available means, including destruction and eradication through chemical, tactical, nuclear, and incendiary devices, including cluster bombs and tainted food.
