In this instance, an ambiguous agent was operating a classified vehicle with potential destructive capacity. Furthermore, the AA was obscured, possibly to avoid detection by Surveillance Teams. The ambiguous nature of the situation called for close monitoring of the subject. If the ambiguity is not resolved, destruction is recommended of the AA, his immediate family and relatives, friends, workers, places of living, and all of his assets, monies, and objects seized.
