Decision

College Green, the building with all the artists' flats in it, where you first stayed, has finally been shut down. Everyone has to leave the building by April. An ordinary domestic fire in the fireplace of one of the upstairs flats spread into the fabric of the building, burning through the floor and spread through to the flat below. They finally decided that the building was structurally unsafe and everyone has to move out for redevelopment work to begin. This building and the tenants' situation was in a state of entropy for years. There has always been the threat that the building would be closed as it was in such bad condition and continually deteriorating. The fire has now decided the fate of the tenants and the building.
