About ascii chewy
"ascii chewy" is an emotive ascii
based life form and improvisational comic strip that dwells within your browser.
His behavior is loosely inspired by the misadventures of
Jason Van Anden and Lauri Goldkind's
very cute Brussels Griffon puppy, "Chewy".
As time and inspiration permit, Jason will add to ascii chewy's re-pet-oire.
This will result in a web based, real-time, interactive comic strip of sorts.
Visitors will likely encounter surprising new behavior every time they return.
This artwork has been made available to the world thanks to a
Creative Commons license.
If you have a website or blog you are heartily encouraged to
add ascii chewy to your site as long as

This emotive ascii based life form was written entirely in javascript and uses
cascading style sheets in some interesting ways. Both the code and the
