Alla Mitrofanova is the curator of media
programs for *Gallery 21*, and specializes in
Internet and new technology projects.
Together with Kostja Mitenev, they prepare for
a web site that will allow artists, crititcs
and galleries from different cities in Russia
to collaborate.
Since our arrival in Russia, we have asked
people we meet about their understanding and
their experience with Siberia. We are
surprised at the number of people who come
from this region, or who have been there.
