I saw a long metal tube crossing the road up above, between
barracks in deep suburbia of Ljubljana. Did I not see the same seemingly
irrational thing on a walk through a park in Muenster? At the time,
I was not sure it was art or if it was functional. This time in Ljubljana,
I was sure it was functional. It just did not look like anything rational.
I thought it was beautiful.
