Umbertide

Civitella Ranieri Castle is situated on a small hill near the town of Umbertide, Umbria. I was staying there on an artists residency. After a few days of peacefulness Edith and I made sure to have a reason to go to Umbertide, to shop or whatever, to have a coffee. Later, I've been told that a Japanese got so irritated by birds singing in the ideal setting of the castle that he interrupted his stay and went back to Japan.
